Notice of Indemnity

By taking the rides or entering this attraction,

(a) you agree that, save as otherwise provided under law, Wild Wild Wet and its operator, Leisurequest Pte. Ltd (“WWW”), and their officers, employees and agents (“Personnel”) shall not be liable to you for any damage to property, injury, losses, claims, demands, actions, proceedings, damages, costs, expenses or any other liability incurred or suffered by your or by any other person arising, whether directly or indirectly, out of any act, omission, default or negligence on the part of WWW or any of its Personnel or in connection with your use of or WWW or the Personnel’s operation of the ride/attraction and

(b) you agree to indemnify WWW and its Personnel from and against any and all damage to property, injury, losses, claims, demands, actions, proceedings, damages, costs, expenses and any other liabilities incurred or suffered by WWW arising, whether directly or indirectly, out of any act, omission, default or negligence on your part or in connection with your use of the ride/attraction.
