All you need to do is create teams to compete with each other. Divide participants into teams that they prefer (or to spice it up, randomise the participants from every team). The facilitator needs to set up a series of mini water-based challenges or tasks such as carrying water in cups or baton races in the water. Each team member completes one task before tagging the next member to complete the whole lap, while trying to defeat the other teams that are playing as well.
For this ice breaking activity, it is suitable to be done at one place only. This is to build connections between teammates, allowing them to get to know each other before moving on to the next few activities. 2. Treasure Hunt

3. Slide Races
As simple as it sounds, a slide race includes participants racing down water slides, and competing with one another to see which team can reach the bottom the fastest.
